    -Production module for AdBlue® additive with HWR innovative ColdFusion® process

    – Module for the production of DEMI water for the needs of AdBlue® production
    – Capacity :3000 lit/h of AdBlue® products
    – Mechanical filtration process, carbon filter filtration, water softening, triple reverse osmosis filtration and polishing with     MixBed filtration
    – Included UV sterilization of incoming water, suitable for well water, product without bacteria
    – Construction: The module is a separate structure, length 4m, width 2m, with pipelines, adaptable for connection with other modules in several formats
    – Management: Separate control cabinet, software with HWR smart system
    – Output water compliant with ISO22241
    – Total weight: approx. 1,200 kg

    – Material of manufacture: Inox AISI 304 Full, insulated, armored
    – Construction: The module is a separate structure, length 1.5 m, width 2 m, with pipelines, adaptable for connection with other modules in several formats
    – Management: Separate control cabinet, level sensors, automatic valves, remote software  

    – Additional system: Built-in biuret and triuret filtration system
    – Total weight: approx. 600 kg
    – Required connections: Max. 1.5 kW electricity, supply of AdBlue® product
    – Documentation: Basic user, service

    NOTES

     

    THE HWR CF 3000 DRIVE contains preparation of demineralized water, a production module with a suction basket and a tank for the finished product with a capacity of 3000 litres for 1 hour of production.

    It is necessary to determine where the finished product travels from the HWR CF BUFFER TANK.

    CANISTER CHARGHING

    If you are sending the product to a canister filler, it is necessary to obtain the same and connect it with the associated pipelines.

    IBC CHARGING

    If you put the product in IBC containers, you need to buy the corresponding equipment, IBC Washer and IBC charger.

    STORAGE TANKS OR CISTERN TRUCK

    If you want to store the finished product in larger quantities, or pour it into a truck tank, you need to get storage tanks with a larger capacity and a filling station for trucks.
