HWR d.o.o. is a company founded in 2019 that produces special machines for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

FIRST ADDITIVE PLANT

From a wide range of products and services, the facility for the production of blue additives was created in 2022, when we were only supposed to work on a project for the future factory. After comparing several plants presented to us by our client, we offered to produce the additive production plant in addition to the project. We have decided that we will not produce a classic drive that most manufacturers offer on the market, but that we will produce a drive that will be different, technologically and energetically far better and more efficient.

CREATION OF TECHNOLOGY

In order to do this, we immediately renounced the classic mixing of Urea with demineralized water with the process of heating the mixture, considering that we can mix the specified mixture with a cold process without heating and mixing, and in a shorter period of time. After numerous tests, we designed a system for the production of  additives that works without heating water, without mixing, uses 80% less electricity, and is almost 3 times faster.

After the success of the tests, we produced a plant for the production of additive according to our technology, which we called HWR ColdFusion.According to the auditor, the plant is among the top 3 in the world in terms of quality of production and technology.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT

This great success motivated us to go further with the development of these plants, and in accordance with the experiences gained, we decided to make a modular plant with capacities of 3000 l/h, 6000 l/h, and 12000 l/h. This means that we will have a separate production module, a separate unit for the production of clean water, a separate buffer tank, and additional equipment such as a module for placing in tanks, a module for IBC containers or other types of packaging, a module for automatic washing of IBC containers and more.

The modularity of the mentioned components enables us to make easier production, less static tension, easier transportation, a greater choice of combinations for the customer, a greater choice of module stacking possibilities according to the space owned by the customer. We believe that the redesign of the plant and the equipment we have now are among the best in the world in terms of technology and energy efficiency.
