HWR CF TECHNOLOGY – THE DIFFERENCE

 

• • In order to stand out from other manufacturers, we had to design a different and more modern production technology, which will be more energy efficient and where the production process will be faster.

 

• • In order to do this, we had to abandon all standard methods of AdBlue® production, and create a new, completely different production method.

 

• • Through dedicated work and numerous tests, we designed a cold process production technology, which we called COLD FUSION technology.

 

• • This technology greatly reduces energy costs per working hour, experience has also shown that it is much easier to remove unwanted biuret and triuret compounds with the cold production process.

• • The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering prepared a study for us that proves the correctness of our technology

 

• • This technology is trademarked and in the patent process

 

• • According to the auditor, HWR is one of 3 in the world that uses a cold process in the production of AdBlue®
