ADDITIVE ABOUT

AdBlue® is a special non-toxic synthetic urea solution that is used for the chemical reduction of Nox emissions in diesel-fueled heavy goods vehicles and passenger vehicles. It complies with ISO and CEFIC regulations. It must comply with the DIN-70070 standard and ISO-22241 technical specifications to ensure that your vehicle performs the function of the SCR system correctly.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

In the production process, the basic raw materials are Urea and demineralized water, where both components must comply with the ISO-22241 standard and specifications. For AdBlue® production, it is not possible to use standard agricultural Urea because its quality does not meet the required criteria.

THE RATIOS IN THE FINAL PRODUCT ARE 32.5% AUTOMOTIVE UREA AND 67.5% DEMINERALIZED WATER.
